LG그룹 HR전문가를 모시고 진행하는 코칭 프로그램으로 '2025 SVP(Self-Vision Planning)' 프로그램을 진행합니다.
경영전문대학원 학생들을 대상으로 모집을 진행하오니 많은 신청 바랍니다!

1. 프로그램 실시 배경
미래 사회 이화여자대학교 경영전문대학원 (MBA) 원생들이 차세대를 이끌어 갈 여성 리더로서,
경영학적 지식 및 전문성을 바탕으로 조직에 기여할 수 있는 목적을 발견하고,
현업에 바로 적용 가능한 구체적인 Career Vision을 수립하고 실천할 수 있도록 함.
2. Coaching 프로그램이란?
금번 Coaching 프로그램은 Mentor Coaching 프로그램으로 진행하며, 기업에 근무하는 인생
선배들의 인생경험을 마중물로, 코칭 프로그램에 참여한 학생들 스스로 자신의 삶을 설계해
나갈 수 있도록 도와주는 프로그램임.
3. 프로그램 개요
1) 운영 기간: 2025년 11월 중 총 4회 (구체적인 일정은 코치와 상의하여 결정)
- 프로그램 운영: 온라인 3회, 오프라인 1회 (1:1 개별 코칭)
- 참가자 모집: ~ 11월 5일(수) 17시 선착순
2) 코치진: LG그룹 HR 전문가(LG전자, LG유플러스, LG화학, LG생활건강, LG인화원 등)
3) 대상: 프로그램 참가를 자발적으로 희망하는 학생(MBA 재학생), 약 18명
4) 코칭 프로그램 운영 프레임 (회차별 일정 및 방식은 코치&학생 협의 하에 진행)
세션1(나의 정체성 인식하기) - 온라인
세션2(내 삶의 진북찾기) - 온라인
세션3(직무체험/멘토링) - 오프라인
세션4(비전 계획 수립) - 온라인
5) 학습 매커니즘
- 사전 학습(도서 Reading) -> 세션 참가 -> 과제 수행 -> 세션 참가

4. 프로그램 기대 효과
- 자신의 정체성에 기반한 삶의 목적 명확화
- 실제 기업 내 직무 역할에 대한 이해를 기반으로 한 커리어 비전 수립/실천
<2025 SVP (Self-Vision Planning) Program Application Notice (Deadline: November 5)>
We are pleased to announce the “2025 SVP (Self-Vision Planning)” Program, a coaching program led by HR experts from the LG Group.
This program is open to MBA students, and we warmly invite many of you to apply and take part!
*Students who attend all four sessions will receive a Certificate of Participation issued by the Dean of the Graduate School of Business Administration.
We look forward to the active participation of our MBA students who are interested in developing their leadership and career vision!

1. Background
The program aims to help MBA students at Ewha Womans University Graduate School of Business grow into female leaders of the next generation.
By leveraging their business knowledge and professional expertise, participants will be guided to discover their purpose in contributing
to organizations and to establish a practical career vision that can be immediately applied in their professional fields.
2. What is the Coaching Program?
This Coaching Program is designed as a Mentor Coaching Program, in which mentors—experienced professionals currently working in various industries share their life and career insights.
Through this process, participating students are encouraged and supported to design and shape their own life and career paths.
3. Program Overview
1) Duration: Four sessions in November 2025 (specific dates to be arranged with the coach)
-Format: 3 online sessions + 1 offline session (1:1 individual coaching)
-Application deadline: Wednesday, November 5, 5:00 PM (first come, first served)
2) Coaches: HR professionals from LG Group (LG Electronics, LG Uplus, LG Chem, LG Household & Health Care, LG Academy, etc.)
3) Eligibility: MBA students who voluntarily wish to participate (approximately 18 participants)
4) Program Framework:
Session 1: Understanding My Identity – Online
Session 2: Finding My True North – Online
Session 3: Job Shadowing / Mentoring – Offline
Session 4: Establishing My Vision Plan – Online
5) Learning Mechanism:
Pre-session reading → Session participation → Assignment → Next session
Recommended Pre-reading Books: Authentic Leadership or The Golden Faucet
4. Expected Outcomes
-Clarifying one’s life purpose based on personal identity
-Establishing and implementing a career vision grounded in real-world corporate experience
