연구방법의기초와문제형성 (Basics of Research Method and Problem Formulation) 학생들이 고위 리더쉽 직책으로 발전하는데 직면하는 실무적인 과제들을 함께 공유하고 고민하는 과목이다. 학생들은 해당 과제들에 대한 토의 및 분석을 통해 체계적 문제 인식을 형성한다.

Students share and discuss practical problems they face when growing into top executives. Students learn systematic problem recognition through discussion and analysis of problems.

통계분석 (Statistics)

학생들은 이 수업을 통해 경영학 연구를 이해하는데 필요한 기초적인 수준의 통계지식을 습득한다. 또한 엑셀의 활용법도 익힌다.

Students study the basic statistics to understand research papers. Students also study excel skills for research.

문제형성Ⅰ: 마케팅 (Problem formulationⅠ: Marketing)

마케팅 원리, 소비자행동, 브랜드 관리 등의 주요 현상, 이론 및 실증연구를 학습한다. 이를 바탕으로 최근의 마케팅 환경과 고객 요구의 변화에 맞추어 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 탐색한다.

This course is designed to develop fundamental knowledge of and about marketing as a field of study. Students learn major contemporary issues, theories, and empirical findings including marketing principle, consumer behavior, and marketing strategy.

문제형성Ⅱ: 인사조직 (Problem formulation Ⅱ: Management and Organizations)

기업 경영의 근간이 되는 조직 내 개인, 팀, 조직구조, 조직 내 제도 및 외부 환경 등을 학습한다. 구체적으로 조직행동 및 조직이론을 바탕으로 인적자원관리 및 경영전략에 관련된 이슈들의 탐구를 통해 문제해결 방식을 모색한다.

This course elaborates the nature of internal and external stakeholders in organizations. Specifically, building on organizational behavior and organizational theory, we seek for solutions in organizational problems by investigating topics of human resource management and strategic management.

문제형성Ⅲ: 회계 (Problem formulation Ⅲ: Accounting)

회계학의 다양한 토픽들을 배운다. 재무회계, 관리회계, 세무회계, 회계감사 등의 회계적 이슈를 연구한다.

This course provides students with understanding various topics in accounting. Students study financial accounting, managerial accounting, tax, and auditing.

문제형성Ⅳ: 재무 (Problem formulation Ⅳ: Finance)

재무관리의 다양한 토픽, 이론 및 실증 연구들을 배운다. 기업 재무, 위험관리 및 기업지배구조에 대해 공부한다.

This course provides students with an understanding various topics, theories, and empirical findings in finance. Students studies contemporary topics of finance including corporate finance, risk management, and corporate governance.

문제형성Ⅴ: 경영과학 (Problem formulation Ⅴ: Management Science)

경영의사결정 문제를 과학적으로 해결하기 위해 개발된 다양한 계량적 분석 기법에 대해 학습한다. 특히 경영과학 분야의 빅데이터와 인공지능 기술 등 관련 주요 이론 및 현상에 대해 살펴본다.

This course provides a variety of approaches to solve the latest issues in management science. Students learn various issues of big data and artificial intelligence technology in the modern management science field.

문제형성Ⅵ: 경영정보시스템 (Problem formulationⅥ: Management Information System)

기업의 경영정보 시스템의 효과적인 구축을 위해 개발된 다양한 이론 및 실무적 기법에 대해 학습한다. 특히 4차 산업혁명 시대에서의 빅데이터와 인공지능 기술이 경영정보시스템을 어떻게 변화시켜왔는지에 대해 알아보고 관련 핵심 문제들을 살펴본다.

Students learn about a variety of approaches to solve the latest issues in management information systems. In particular, we examine how advances in big data and artificial intelligence technology have affected the modern management information systems in the era of the 4th industrial revolution.

연구주제탐색 (Investigation research topics)

2년차 논문 작성을 위해 경영학 세부전공을 탐색하고 지도교수를 선정하여 논문 작성의 기초를 준비하는 과목이다.

This course help students select the major. Students investigate specific research topics and find the academic advisor.

고급계량분석 (Advanced Quantitative Methods)

논문을 작성하는데 필요한 중급 수준의 통계지식을 습득한다. 논문 작성에 필요한 정량적, 정성적 방법론에 대해 공부한다.

Students study advanced statistics to develop research papers. This course provides students with an understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodology.

질적연구방법론 (Qualitative Research Methods)

정성적 측면에서의 경영연구방법론을 소개한다. 행위의 정성적 측면을 실증연구하는 방법론들과 체계적인 설문지 작성법에 대해 학습한다. 사람의 심리과 행동을 깊이있게 이해하고 심층 분석하는데 필요한 심층면접법, FGI, 관찰법, 투사적 기법 및 설문지 작성이 포함된다.

We study a variety of qualitative methodologies, especially useful in the business research. Such qualitative methodologies include but not limited to In-depth interview, FGI, Qualitative Observation, Projective techniques or systematic survey.

학술독립연구Ⅰ (Academic independent studyⅠ)

학생들은 이 수업을 통해 지도교수와 함께 실무경험과 문제형성과목에서 얻은 인튜이션을 바탕으로 독립연구주제를 탐색한다.

This course enables students to develop a research proposal with the advisor based on the intuition from field experience and problem formulation courses.

변화솔루션 (Change management solution)

성공적 조직변화를 위한 게임모형의 작성 및 모형의 실행을 위해 필요한 조직설계 및 조직개발 기법을 배운다. 또한, 조직 변화과정에 근본이 되는 혁신/창의성을 이해하기 위해 혁신의 종류와 방법, 조직 학습 과정을 탐구한다.

The current subject covers know-how and techniques on game model building, organizational design, and organizational development. Also, this course studies the nature of organizational learning and innovation that can be the fundamental aspects of organizational change processes.

데이터과학과의사결정 (Data Science and Decision Making)

비즈니스 애널리틱스 및 디지털 트랜스포메이션에 관한 분야를 소개하고 학습한다. 특히 데이터 과학과 관련한 입문 이론과 응용사례를 배우며, 데이터에 기반한 기본 분석인 분류분석, 군집분석, 회귀분석 및 예측기법들을 학습한다. 또한, IT 기술의 변화에 맞추어 어떻게 경영전략과 기업조직을 수정하고 방향을 전환할 것인가를 토론하고 학습한다.

Business analytics is an essential factor in deriving powerful insights from data . From fundamental theories in business analytics to various application cases students explore quantitative approaches prevailing in modern business analytics. Along with this, students also discuss key challenges in digital transformation and learn how to revise and change managerial strategies and corporate organizations in accordance with changes in IT technology.

학술독립연구Ⅱ (Academic independent studyⅡ)

학생들은 이 수업을 통해 지도교수와 함께 학술독립연구 I에서 공부한 연구주제를 2년차 논문으로 발전시킨다. 또한, 학술지 투고를 통해 리뷰 대응 및 논문출판 프로세스에 대해서도 공부한다.

This course enables students to develop a second year research paper with the advisor based on the ideas from Independent study I. Students also experience how to respond the reviewers’comments and to publish a paper in an academic journal.

논문심포지움 (Doctoral dissertation symposium)

학생 각자 완성한 2년차 논문 연구를 서로 공유하고 점검하며, 이를 기반으로 향후 졸업연구에서 다룰 추가적인 연구내용과 구체적인 계획을 수립한다.

Students will present their 2nd year paper and share their research idea with faculty and other students. From the presentation and feedback, students will have chances to effectively advance their research idea and establish a concrete plan for successful dissertation study.

졸업논문주제선정 (Doctoral dissertation: preparation)

지도교수와의 협의를 통해 박사학위 논문의 최종 주제를 선정하고 졸업연구논문 계획을 수립한다. 특히 지금까지 배운 다양한 문제형성 과정 및 방법론들을 어떻게 적용할지에 대한 구체적인 안을 수립한다. 또한 논문심사위원회 구성을 시작할 수 있다.

Students choose a topic of dissertation by consulting with their adviser. In particular students need to establish an important research question and a concrete plan by incorporating with a variety of methodologies and problem solving techniques learned during the DBA course. Also, doctoral committee will be formed based on the research topic.

졸업논문자료분석 (Doctoral dissertation: data analysis)

2년 차 연구 활동 및 지도교수와의 합의를 바탕으로 졸업논문의 연구주제를 설정하고, 해당 주제에 대한 문헌조사를 통해 이론적 배경을 제시한다. 가설검증을 위한 자료수집 방안을 모색하여 연구계획을 작성하고, 이를 논문심사 위원회에게 승인받는다.

Based on second year research activities and discussion with the advisor, students choose doctoral thesis topic. Students complete doctoral thesis proposal, which includes descriptions on literature review, hypotheses development, empirical study design, and data collection planning.

졸업논문작성 (Doctoral dissertation: completion)

졸업논문 프로포절을 바탕으로 실증 자료를 심층적으로 집중 분석하고, 논문을 완성한다. 완성된 졸업논문을 제출하기 위해 논문심사 위원회를 상대로 최종 발표를 수행하며, 심사위원들의 조언을 바탕으로 졸업논문 최종본을 완성한다.

Based on doctoral thesis proposal, students collect and analyze the data so that they write a draft of the doctoral thesis. Students conduct doctoral thesis defense toward and taking feedback from committee members; after reflecting committee members’ comments and advices, they complete writing doctoral thesis.
