일정 안내해 드리오니 안내 사항을 유의하시어 확인 부탁드립니다.

[학위수여식 일정]

 [학사] 2025학년도 전기(2026년 2월 졸업) 학위수여식 안내 (공지링크) 

1. 일시: 2026. 2. 23.(월) 14:00 (약 1시간 소요)

2. 장소: 이화여자대학교 대강당 (가족분들은 중강당 및 ECC 지하4층 이삼봉홀, 다목적홀에 마련된 좌석을 이용 부탁드립니다.)

[경영전문대학원 학위수여식 일정]

1. 일시: 2026. 2. 23.(월) 15:30~

2. 장소: 이화신세계관 60주년 기념 홀

3. 행사참석 대상자: 2025년 전기경영전문대학원 졸업생 전체(식순 개별안내 예정)

4. 학위기는 학위수여식 이후 경영전문대학원행정실(이화 신세계관 309호)에서 수령하실 수 있습니다.

※대강당에서 진행하는 전체 대학 학위수여식과는 별개로 경영전문대학원 자체 내에서 진행하는 학위수여식입니다.

[학위복 대여] (사전신청 및 보증금 입금 완료된 인원에 한함)

[졸업] 2025학년도 전기 (2026년 2월 졸업) 학위복 대여 안내  (링크)

1. 학위복 대여 신청 기간: 2026. 2. 3. (화) ~ 2. 9. (월)

2. 학위복 대여/반납장소: 이화신세계관 305호

3. 대여기간: 2026. 2. 19.(목)~2. 23.(월), 9:30~17:00 (점심시간 12:00~13:00 제외)

4. 반환기간: 2026. 2. 24.(화) 17:00까지(※반드시 기한내 반납 요망, 주말제외)

[학위기 배부]

1. 기간: 2026. 2. 23.(월) 경영전문대학원 학위수여식 종료 후 ~ 3. 3.(화) 17:00
            (평일 오전 9시부터 오후 5시까지) (※주말 및 공휴일제외)

2. 장소: 이화신세계관 309호

3. 방법: 직접수령

※학위기 대리수령시, 첨부파일의 학위기 대리수령서약서 작성필수

※학위기는 재발급이 불가하며 우편 발송 시 분실 위험이 있어 직접 수령만 가능합니다.

 * 대리인 수령시 필수 서류

 1. 학생 본인의 학생증

 2. 대리인 본인의 유효한 신분증

 3. 학위기 대리수령 서약서(첨부파일)

[취업통계조사]

교육부에서 실시하는 취업통계조사와 관련하여 설문을 진행합니다.

현재 재직 중인 졸업예정자도 모두 제출해야 하는 내용으로 온라인 설문을 진행하오니 한 분도 빠짐없이 진행하여 주시기 바랍니다.

[유의사항]

1. 학위복 대여신청했어도 기한내 입금하지 않으면 자동 취소됨

2. 학위복 분실 및 훼손시에는 일정 금액 차감하여 보증금이 반환됨

3. 보증금은 학위복대여 신청시 조회된 개인계좌로 3월 중순 반환되므로 졸업 후에도 계좌 유지 필수 (계좌 폐쇄로 인한 입금 불가에 대해서는 책임지지 않음)

[Graduation Ceremony]

2. Location: Ewha Womans University Welch-Ryang Auditorium  
      (Families of graduates can be seated at the Case Hall(Graduate School Building) and the ECC B4 Leesanbong-Hall, Multipurpose-Hall where  the  

    ceremony will be aired live.)

[Ewha GSB Graduation Ceremony]

1. Date and Time: 2026. 2. 23.(Mon) 15:30 PM

2. Venue: 60th Anniversary Hall, Ewha Shinsegae Building

3. Attendees: All graduates of the 2025 MBA/DBA program (Individual schedules will be provided)

4. Diplomas can be picked up at the Business School Administration Office (Room 309, Ewha Shinsegae Building) after the ceremony.

※This ceremony is separate from the university-wide graduation ceremony held in the main auditorium.

[Graduation Gown Rental] (Only students who have applied and made payment in advance)

[Notice] Rent Graduation Gown(Link)

1. Application and Payment Period: 2026. 2. 3.(Tue) 10:00 ~ 2. 9.(Mon) 23:00, (Deposing only weekdays)

2. Graduation Gown Rental/Return Location: Ewha-Shinsegae Building 305

3. Rental Period: 2026. 2. 19.(Thu)~2. 23.(Mon)  09:30 ~ 17:00 (12:00 ~ 13:00 closed) (※No rental during weekends)

4. Return Deadline: 2026. 2. 24.(Tue) 17:00 (※Must abide by deadline)

[Diploma Distribution]

1. Period: 2026. 2. 23.(Mon) After GSB Graduation Ceremony ~ 3. 3.(Tue) 17:00
      (9:00~17:00 during weekdays, No distribution during weekends and holidays)

2. Location: Ewha-Shinsegae Building 309

3. How to: Pick up in person (student or representative)

※If a representative of students comes for pick up, they must submit 대리수령서약서 (receipt by agent, check attached file).

※ Diploma cannot be re-issued, and only pick up in person is possible. (No sending through postal mail due to possibility of loss.)

 * Required documents in case of pick up by representative

 2. Representative’s valid ID card

 3. Receipt by agent document (학위기 대리수령 서약서, check attached file)

[Employment Status Survey]

We are conducting survey on graduate student’s employment status on behalf of Ministry of Education. Prospective graduates who are currently employed must also submit an answer, so please make sure to complete the survey.

※ It only takes about 1 minutes to complete the survey.

[Important Notes]

1. Your application on graduation gown will be canceled if payment is not completed by deadline.

2. In case of damage or loss of gown, there will be a deduction on your deposit return.

3. Deposit will be refunded through your Eureka account around mid-March, so please make sure the keep the account open. (No additional refund will be made in case of failure of refund due to closed account.)
