2. 등록금고지서 출력방법

신입생인트라넷 바로가기에서 출력(2026.7.2(목) 오전9시 부터 로그인 가능 및「등록금 고지서출력」탭 활성화)

 - 아이디: 수험번호/ 비밀번호: 주민번호 앞자리6자리

 - 「학사행정」 → 「등록금」 → 「등록금 고지서 출력」클릭

※납부기간동안 신한은행 창구에서 고지서 없이 수험번호 조회로 납부 가능함.

3. 등록금 납부 방법

※ 신입생은 신용카드와 분할납부가 불가합니다.

 1) 등록기간 중 등록금 고지서상의 가상계좌로1회 납부만 가능하므로, 등록금과 기타납부금을 합산한 총액을 송금해야 함

 2) 모든 금융기관에서 창구납부, 인터넷뱅킹, 텔레뱅킹, ATM기 이체 모두 가능함.

    (단CMA계좌에서 가상계좌로의 이체는 불가, 타행이체로 인한 수수료 발생 시 본인 부담임.)

    ￭ 신한은행ATM기 이용 시 학교코드: 47005 

 3) 가상계좌는 등록금 입금 전용 계좌이며, 보내는 사람은 본인이 아니어도 무방함.

    (받는 사람: 이대대(학생이름)으로 표시됨) 

 4) 위쳇페이(WechatPay, 중국인 유학생 대상) 또는 페이팔(PayPal)를 통하여 등록금 납부 가능함(학교코드47005)

   ③Type in your application number and virtual account number written on the tuition bill, and click "confirm" 

   ④Confirm your tuition fee expected to be paid in Korean Won and US dollars

   ⑤Scan the QR code with the WechatPay/PayPal application when the code pops up

 5) 외화 송금 납부

① 고지서에 기재된 원화금액과 동일한 금액이 입금되어야 등록처리 됨

    (환율차이로1원이 부족해도 미등록 처리되므로반드시 등록금의5~10% 여유 있게송금할 것)

②송금자 정보(학번, 이름)를 정확히 기재하여야 하며 소요시간을 고려하여 등록기간  3~7일 전 납부

③등록금 정산 후 남은 잔액은 유레카에 입력한 학생계좌로 환불 처리 함

④ 최근 등록금 관련 보이스피싱 피해사례가 증가하고 있으므로, 외화 송금 시 학생의 각별한 주의가 요구됨

※ 외화송금 시'(☞) [회계팀] 외국인 유학생의 등록금 납부시 보이스피싱 도용주의'안내사항을 반드시 확인하여 주시기 바랍니다.

※ 위챗페이(WechatPay) 또는 페이팔(PayPal), 해외송금 외 비공식적인 등록금 납부(알리페이 Alipay 등)는 불가합니다.

     그 외 수단을 이용하여 등록금이 납부되지 않을 경우 미등록될 수 있으며, 그 책임은 본인에게 있음을 반드시 유의하여 주시기 바랍니다.

4. 등록금 납부 확인 방법

1) 신한은행 조회서비스 이용 : 신한은행납부조회 바로가기(☞)에서 실시간 확인

 - 학교, 수험번호, 가상계좌번호, 이름, 납부 일자 입력

2) 학교 신입생 인트라넷 조회 : 신입생인트라넷 바로가기에서 확인

 - 아이디: 수험번호/ 비밀번호: 주민번호 앞자리6자리

 - 「학사행정」 → 「등록금」 → 「등록금납부확인서」클릭

 * 개인정보보호법 제18조 개인정보의 이용・제공 제한에 의하여 유선상 등록금 납부 확인은 불가

2. How to Print Your Tuition Bill

Print your tuition bill through the following link:

Login will be available from 9:00 AM on July 2, 2026 (Thu).

ID: BABA0000 (your relevant number)

PW: Date of Birth (YYMMDD) (example: 940202)

Academic Administration → Tuition → Print Tuition Bill 

Note: During the payment period, you may also pay your tuition at any Shinhan Bank branch by providing your application number; a printed tuition bill is not required.

3. How to Pay Tuition

Note: New students are not eligible for credit card payments or installment payment plans.

1) During the registration period, tuition can be paid only once to the virtual account listed on your tuition bill. Therefore, you must transfer the total amount, including tuition and any additional fees, in a single transaction.

2) Payment may be made through any financial institution using: bank counter (in-person), Internet banking , telephone banking , ATM transfer 

Please note:

-Transfers from CMA accounts to the virtual account are not accepted. 

-Any bank transfer fees charged by another bank are the student's responsibility.

3) The virtual account is used exclusively for tuition payments.

-The sender does not have to be the student. 

-The account holder will appear as:

4) International students (particularly students from China) may pay tuition through WeChat Pay or PayPal.

5) Payment by Overseas Wire Transfer

1. Your registration will be completed only if the exact tuition amount stated on the tuition bill (in KRW) is received. 

(Even a shortage of KRW 1 due to exchange rate fluctuations will result in your registration being considered incomplete. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you remit 5–10% more than the tuition amount to cover exchange rate differences and bank charges.)

2. Be sure to provide the sender's information accurately (student ID number, if assigned, and name), and make the transfer 3–7 days before the registration deadline to allow sufficient processing time. 

3. Any remaining balance after the tuition settlement will be refunded to the student's bank account registered in the Eureka system. 

4. As incidents of voice phishing (financial scams) related to tuition payments have recently increased, international students are urged to exercise extra caution when making overseas wire transfers. 

Important Notices

* Before making an overseas wire transfer, please read the notice titled:
 "[Accounting Team] Beware of Voice Phishing When Paying Tuition by Overseas Wire Transfer." 

* Only the following payment methods are officially accepted for international tuition payments: 

-WeChat Pay 

-PayPal 

-Overseas wire transfer 

Unofficial payment methods, such as Alipay or any other unapproved services, are not accepted. 

If your tuition payment fails because an unauthorized payment method was used, your registration may remain incomplete, and the student will bear full responsibility.
